D & D4 is getting closer and it will be played on success in my two rounds for a while, I've given out the detail work out a fantasy world. Everything revolves around the eternal city, the central metropolis of the world, come in all races and peoples, which was built eons from their ruins and over again. The ruins of the town go down to the deepest levels of the primeval and make their own mythical biosphere.

For starters, I'm just one of the first district of the Eternal City ( Goldberg, Red district, slums etc. ) and a number of regions in the subsurface ( smuggling tunnels, goblin caves, roots of Yggdrasil, etc. defined). I connect all had joined in GraphWiz together.

This looks like this:

• Rosa: From people built and inhabited
• Beige: Built by people, not inhabited
• Aquamarine: Monster nests
• Blue: Grey underwater

Yes, recently I have complained about the D & D4-stranglehold on the new PHB is now next to me.

Schizophrenic? Not at all. D & D4 is a solid RPG with board game elements and in this regard is not only sophisticated, but also more honest than similar concoctions.

nevertheless provides a new version that turns the wheel of the Internet community. And especially in the negative sense. Neither D & D4 is the Holy Grail again found the role play, nor is it the devil's work. It's just a game, albeit a game where one observes that behind a lot of R & D lies.

But somehow seems every edition of D & D (or similar major release, like the nwod) to be a spark that can explode in the idiocy of the scene. They range from the usual conspiracy theories about capitalism incitement and ends somewhere in the fetid depths of Korinthenkacker.

Somehow I have the German role-playing video scene as yet nothing of The Unforgotten Real's read. I might just read the wrong blogs?

Well, Unforgotten Realms is an Internet cartoon series, which now runs at The Escapist. Why do it? Sure, RPG. It focuses on Mike and Rob. Mike is an accomplished role player, while his friend Rob, just play along because he has nothing better to do grad. Each of the three episodes so far is absurd, silly, laugh broke - very briefly, as if taken from real life.

In the forums D & D4 has just an enormous preponderance. Even in German forums what really surprises me.

But what so ever worth of D & D4, that one has to open dozens of threads and can hardly talk about something else? D & D4 is really something new? A kind of secret revolution? I do not think so.

Somehow there was to walk past me. Perhaps because D & D for me only yet another role-playing game was? Because I was not much of Gary Gygax (and I have not one before, and cheer him up after his death)?

So, das mit dem Healer war nichts. Trotzdem danke, für den Tipp Skyrock. So verhungert man nicht, sondern wird halt erschlagen.

Trotzdem bin ich mittlerweile recht zufrieden mit Nethack auch wenn manche Tode einfach zu dumm sind, wie der folgende, als ich in einem Shop von einem large m gehalten wurde und mir dachte, bei 1 HP mal noch diese Potion auszuprobieren:

POWDER Jeff Lait is one of the first roguelike for the Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS (unless you count Shining Soul). The funniest part about it is available for Windows, Mac, Linux.

The sober Roguelike graphic is replaced by a console style that speaks to me very much.

Difficulty over. Nethack a little lower, especially in terms of nutrition. At. Nethack it has always bothered me much that I'm regularly starving, and even with ADOM me that happen too often. POWDER played out as little more comfortable without to be demanding.

An interesting feature I find also that the gods play a stronger role. For each step increase selects his new class, and hence the God whom we worship. Unfortunately, the gods have quite contradictory views, so that one can certainly happen at some point, that the God of the clergy or a similar poison. Sky Pirates of Venus is undergoing a clear audit. After I had left it a little lie, I am now with a clearer head out there to work with the chisel. Once everything superfluous is down, the last area to be worked out, I have been treated rather neglected. I hope all until the beginning of the month to get into editing.
